IGS is a Toyko based EdTech and HRTech venture company. It has been founded in 2010 by Mr. Masahiro Fukuhara (former Managing Director, Barclays Global Investors) and it received in September 2016 a 3.5 million USD investment from Tokyo University Edge Capital (TUEC) and from Tokyo University of Science Investment Fund.

IGS is currently working on two major projects:

• E-spire, an e-learning platform for TOEFL learners, targeting Japanese High-schools and college students;
• GROW, a HR solution matching students with companies using 360 degree competencies evaluation and personality traits definition

GROW is a smartphone App offering free Personality Traits definition and free Competencies Profile Definition for students. GROW is available in Japanese, Vietnamese and English.
GROW's target is to offer students great job opportunities to users by matching their profiles with companies needs. The matching process is conducted using Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning technologies.
